Just called Mr Saeb Jannoun at Integrated Medical Diagnostics Companies Inc. (IMD) 1877-343-2783 @ ext 83 from their contact us page ....

and asked him if he can confirm in IMD is merging into ICBU and he politely said "I can't answer that question". So here is my take...If it wasn't true then he could have just said "no that is not true or I don't know what you are talking about....But instead he declined to answer the question..
