I'll tell you about this "short" report some think is relevant...these are for the most part, in fact I would say almost all, the shorts are shares borrowed by market makers to fill customer orders...that is all. This information posted daily is worthless...the poster knows it...everyone knows it. Some people are just very stubborn and don't know when to quit. Buying tons of TOVC stock will be their biggest life's regret...IMO.
