MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, IF WE HAD A LITTLE MORE POSITIVE ATTITUDE AS SHAREHOLDERS AND COME TOGETHER AS A TEAM WE COULD ACTUALLY SET AN EXAMPLE AND A PRECEDENT TO OUR COMPANY. THIS WAY WE WHEN WE VOICE OUR CONCERNS IT IS NOT ON DEAF EARS TO THE EXTENT OF UNORGANIZED CHAOS. WORST CASE, WE GIVE AND GET MORE RESPECT FOR OUR INVESTMENT. Bottom line: We act like fully reporting shareholders = we get fully reporting company.
Why make it more difficult for us if we can actually help instead. HMMM. WHAT A CONCEPT.
In order to clean the shell and begin reporting. QBID and TTN will have to do a full blown financial audit with help from a legal team. They will have to go all the way back to when they were a fully reporting company (or when the shell was reporting). Then they will have to ammend any and all discrepencies that are regulations by the SEC and "clean" them to legitimize and ammend the financials. The problems will arise when they get to the point when this shell fell "out of compliance" and lost it's official fully reporting status. This is the point where they will have to do the most digging and rectify all the wrongs in the history of this company and the ones before it. Not a small task, but one that should have been started a long time ago. Our concerns are being heard, it's simply whether you believe it or not at this point.
Honestly, why would they have done it in the past, they never NEEDED to. Good news, now they do. Very good news. Believe it or not, that is the question. Sure looks like a lot of forward movement to me. Frank said that he expected fully reporting this year and surprisingly maybe he didn't expect to have to do this right now. This is real progress.
