You might consider that short volume does not always mean short interest at the end of day. As you can see, there is no short interest at the end of the last reporting period for this security. While I have no experience as a mm, I do think these entities are smarter than people give them credit for. I choose to believe that they sell short knowing that they have the means to cover (even on the same day. But that is speculation). I have personally sold short 300k shares of xyz stock and covered by cert later. While that was an accident, I am sure that mm's can do the same thing.....but not by accident.

Just some food for thought from a novice gambler. And of course, I reserve the right to be wrong and completely off-base. LOL
