A couple people still trying to do some flipping....hoping for a down-tick of the ask so that they can scoop up what they put up for sale and then some. Problem is that there is huge ongoing buying and those 4's have not been getting much action, so those who might be hoping for that down-tick at this level might not be getting them.

For them, profit made either way. Gap not huge, but enough to generate 20-25% at the current pps.
