Thanks much for taking the time to give us the Reader's Digest version.

Very interesting to say the least,.. and with extreme potential.

Since T-Mobile did not have to deal with CLYW until NEXT Fall,...for them to have agreed to try and settle everytning in the next 90 days sounds very positive.

It also sounds like Daic doesn't have a firm leg to stand on, based on my interpretation of what you wrote.

I followed a friend of mine, westeffer, here,... and he spoke highly of you,... I understand why,... it sounds like you might have stayed in a Holdiday Inn Express all last WEEK.
