I have a headache just trying to read the Info Box,... very heavy slogging.

Is there anyone that can summarize the current scenario CLYW finds itself in for all us newbies on board?

Is Diac a threat to CLYW,.. if so in what way,,... and hwo much will it cost to get rid of him if he is a threat?

Is T-mobile the only tele-com company that is possibly infringing on this potent?

How many outstanding shares are there?

Is there any way around the patent?

When does the patent expire?

Anything else I might have missed that might be key to newbies understanding this company.
