3B of 4 O/S are in the CEO hands filed on Form 4 and the A/S is 5B
The 4 billion shares were based on a price of .0008 as you stated. Considering recent volume, I have a feeling many of those shares have already been cashed in. If I was the holder of those shares, I'd have cashed in enough by now to pay the principle so-to-speak and let the rest ride like one would with free shares. If this company continues to grow successfully, this could be a really nice hold. As risky as a pink is, at least this company files financials, has 16 employees and seems to be up front about their plans and inner workings.
