The company has had a change in its leadership and Directors in conjunction with its name change to CoreStream Energy and its new business direction. Resignations from Milton "Todd" Ault III as the CEO and Director and Michael Edwards as a Director have been accepted.
M --- I will find out if this is an immediate acceptance ,, and if so , then why is he still listed----and if it is a resignation effective 9/30/2010----as I suspect it is---
Now--the following paragraph is a cut/paste---it says ALL,,, as in ALL the assets. Surely you will comprehend this without equivacation----this means nothing left of the old company...it is ALL gone---and I believe that this includes the old mgt and directors----a new start in oil and gas --energy----new people
All the assets and liabilities of the previous operations of Zealous prior to July 22, 2010, have been placed in an escrow account where all distribution and resolution is proceeding under the guidance of Mr. Lew Graham.
