OS is outstanding shares... or the restricted + diluted shares.

Dilution does up --> O/S goes up

R/S (reverse split) is the opposite of a split. Let say you own 1,000,000 shares at .0001. A 1-1000 R/S occurs. You now have 1000 shares at a PPS of .10. However, on pink R/S's the stock usually opens lower than the intended PPS. Ex. IHGPD, just did a 1-500 R/S at .0001 (to go to .05) and it is already down to .002.
