I did some DD phone calls to Westfield and got to talk to one of their executives tha day before the recent contract was announced. He said, "All I can tell you is that there is a contract with Ecosphere. We won't diclose any of the numbers and we don't want the numbers to be disclosed.

However,there is a contract. I hope that helps."

The next morning the contract was PR'd by Ecosphere.

Gerald has told me that the amounts of the contracts can be deduced from the quarterly earnings reports.

As a side bet, I would wager that most if not all of Kevin Costner's contract has been quietly canceled.

It was quite regretable that the Comptroller sold shares at the height of the oil spill Ecosphere publicity.
