Removing Daic, eliminating his interferences and obstructions, and addressing proper corrections to the many errors tied to his involvement... are what the lawsuit is about. That has been discussed and analyzed to death, here, for the last two years, at least...
The company has a STRONG case...
My input has been that the company should require eliminating any vestige of his participation... and exact damages and reparations beyond that... to the limit in the law that is possible.
It looks, now, like T-Mobile has pretty solidly decided how they think it is likely going to turn out...
