you are correct, but...

QBID has to get on the AMEX...it has to do it, even with all it has going for it and the issue of the shell...

my point was that the PR announcing that they are seeking counsel to talk about this is exactly what CMKX did that sent the pink players into a frenzy...just like what may happen with QBID tommorrow....
whether they follow through on this notion like any other notion that has been PRed is just conjecture
