A Respectful Question Please...

I'm not bashing and/or trying to bring the party(WLSF) down. Just trying to get a grip on things. Been watching for about a year and yes, I'm mad at myself for not buying earlier...prior to all the F/S.

Question is F/S related. WHY? Does WLSF need the outstanding shares to get recognized on a national market and off the BB? And, second puzzle is if you reverse all of the F/S wouldn't the pps be pretty darn close to around $6/share? I realize that the shares outstanding change with splits which is relative...but then again...?

Again, not trying to be difficult or bashing. Perhaps simply showing my ignorance? I just can't seem to get a handle on this outfit. A Company that has yet to "go to market".
