Correct, when I talked to the largest shareholder he mentioned that there was nothing filed yet and that it would be filed in the next few days but again keep in mind, they said the news of the acquisition of MCC Legacy would be coming out in the next few days as well. I had spoken to him on Monday this week and still havent heard anything, so who knows, they only know. Keep the board posted if anyone hears anything. Thanks...
