Here I am, Mr. doom and gloom
Two things bother me. 1. T.M is in direct talks with our BOD. There are mega millions at stake here.T-m isn't talking to get better rates for a license fee. It wants the patent! EVERY BODY ON OUR BOARD IS A CRIMINAL,EXCEPT ONE.Who knows what kind of backroom deal they will do. Calypso is sitting down in a weak position,becuse they stated they do not have the financil resources to have a full trail!!! Did not a firm a while back want the privilage to represent us in court and pay us 5 milliom to do so .Why aren't we going down that road?
2. Most troubleing of all Calypso has the right to transfer the patent!! Before the trail!. With a stroke of the pen the patent goes over to TM. The BOD become millionaires and we end up in chit I dont trust the BOD
