I think what is going on here is someone has 2 or more accounts and is buying and selling to them self at the low low price of .0002 or .0003 so that the price stays down. I mean think about it. Who the F would sell at .0002? It could only be someone that is doing to to themself. This way the last price sold is the lowest possible and drops our PPS. Its sad but I think that is wh'ts going on. Whoever is going it though... it should be easy to catch them.
