The good news, perhaps, is that they appear to be a "pump and dump" type operation. At least, their GP has been accused of it in the past. Most of the deals look pretty weak, from a credibility in the capital markets perspective, and ultimate outcomes.

With that said, this might be a good sign. A little pumping may be just what this thing needs before some dumping!
