bliss, re. XOI options, yeah, no kidding, there is virtually no liquidity - interestingly, there are large bid and ask sizes, but very few actual trades, meaning that the Options MMs are there but small specs are not playing (yet).

will take another look at it when we get to next 10-w low on XOI (presumably in about 3 weeks).
