There has been a ton of scrutiny placed on pink sheets and stocks as a whole, since the Madoff incident etc.. and it is a very welcome change.

Maybe one of the questions FINRA asked was about current income, (only speculation). Since INIX is producing very little revenue FINRA may have requested the increase in A/S, to cover expenses. Again only speculation.
