This ran from .055 to .59 in about a month last April/May. Thats a 10 fold increase with:

1. a similar share struture as it stands today (no diluting)
2. current stockholders equity of $7,117,377 (8-K just filed) compared to a DEFICIT of $295,319 (10-K period ending 6/30/09). Thats a 25x increase in $$$
3. acquisition of Trimax and the revenue that will follow
4. our band of FLD brothers and sisters
