We are eligible to receive up to $1.9 million in fees based upon achieving certain milestones, including us making an IND submission to the US FDA to commence clinical trials in humans using the technology, which we currently plan to do during the second half of 2009.

That reminds me, have you noticed in the quarterly filings how much of this ~$2M we have received, if any?
