Sorry, I should've said your "total" value (not average).

In that case it is close to 0.29 (just based on today's BVIG trading).

Your BVIG value: 0.8/4 = 0.2

Your KATX value: 0.086

TOTAL = 0.2 + 0.086 = 0.286 or 0.29

...and again, I do realize that we can't say for sure what BVIG will trade at when those shares are in play, but that todays trading is still encouraging (to me anyways).
