my question is why did briscoe settle this suit so quick,yes i understand the nak deal,he stated that they will defend this suite, looks to me they just rooled over to the tune of 150m shares,either he has an atom bomb in his pocket,or he is to broke to pay legal fees. we need the nr now or a lot of heavy hitters are going to sit this one out and wait for nak to get the permits(thats whe the real legal issuse come to light) 150m shares is a lot to chew threw
