It also possible, and pretty common at this level that both MM's and traders alike are dealing with 5 digit buying and selling. Anyone that bought alot of shares at 5 are not getting sold at 6, but could possibly be getting 5.7 or 5.8 for their shares and taking a small profit. All 5 digit transaction below 6.0 are going to appear on the T&S list as a sell. Not all brokers allow 5 digit transactions, but a few do. It can be pretty lucrative when you are dealing with shares from .0001 to .0007 or so. Just my opinion.
