LOL, since when has the government ever done the right thing and given restitution to the victims of fraud? The SEC will take their $ first.

Government is about padding its on pocket so they can give free college benefits to illegals, not about justice.

It will take a civil suit to actually reimburse those that lost money. By that time the government pig will have consumed the assets.
