I live in the same town as Dean's sister-Kathy. While I do not know her personally we have many mutual acquaintances including my brother. I know for a fact she is still encouraging people about Imaging 3 and am sure she would not do so if Dean was less than optimistic about the outcome. We live in a town of 24,000 where she is an attorney and there 100-200 investors locally with more than a few holding seven figure share counts. She would not risk her professional reputation if she had any hesitation about the DVIS viability. This does not ensure FDA approval but is does reassure me that Dean is being straightforward.
