Don I should add, I'm not happy with this much dilution, certain amount of dilution is good. Also why else come public if you don't need to raise money on a start up? So I do realize there are two sides of the fence, but bottom line is we are at .0004 and have a reasonable share structure at 1.42B O/S and numerous very good things about to be announced, so I like my chances, wouldn't be here otherwise.
