I am sorry that you were a pre-holder. Nobody likes to hear that a company that you invested in went into BK!

As far as info, I really have nothing to share and only know what everyone may pick up through the news sites and message boards.

I wish you good fortune and luck as some are already expressing this may be over but I am not sure.

I do feel more BK's are forming EC's(equity commitees) to help get something back for common share holders. I had K-Mart back in the day and they went BK and everyone(commons) were wiped out then they came back(out of BK) and issued new stock(commons)and my wife and I were like, how come we didn't get new stock? We were very un-educated in investing but have learned alot while making mistakes.
