Today is the day that the last of the 107M shares become available to freely trade (without having to remove the restrictions). Basically, all of them have hit the 1-year mark within the last 60 days.

Given that you would have to own over 37M shares to be a 10% or higher owner in the company (and thus having to disclose that info on a trade), those people who own the various parts of 107M shares will be cashing in soon (if not piecemeal alreay).
