Thanks Fione. It is my opinion that Enviroxtract EVXA has a great chance of aiding in the cleanup in the Gulf. Below are the reason I believe they are gearing up for something very BIG.

1. EnviroXtract, Inc. Issues Statement In Response To Gulf Of Mexico Oil Spill Inquiries
http://www.thestreet.com/story/10753375/enviroxtract-inc-issues-statement-in-response-to-gulf-of-mexico-oil-spill-inquiries.html
EDMOND, Okla., May 11, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnviroXtract, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVXA) Management has issued the following statement in response to inquiries regarding its possible participation in the current Gulf of Mexico oil spill cleanup effort:

"EnviroXtract Management is keenly aware of the environmental disaster currently unfolding in the Gulf of Mexico. This is an unexpected tragedy for us all. Although the technology is capable of removing oil from affected soil, Management could not have anticipated in its business plan or funding requirements the scale at which it would be required to operate in order to effectively participate in the cleanup effort at this time. Management is reassessing the Company's financial needs and is currently seeking funding to expand its capacity to participate in future cleanup efforts. Should the Company be successful in obtaining the necessary funding, it will endeavor to implement expansion plans which might provide future opportunities to participate in the ongoing Gulf of Mexico oil spill cleanup effort."

2. EnviroXtract, Inc. Update on Recent Company Activities

Samples of soil and sands affected by the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico will be tested during this phase. The company continues to pursue its business plan to develop and supply efficient environmental remediation technologies to address oil spills and chemical spills.

3. EnviroXtract, Inc. Announces Results of Initial Tests Performed With Gulf Oil Spill Samples

() announces that it has received analytical reports associated with the initial testing of its proprietary oil extraction process on tar balls collected from a Florida beach after the recent BP Gulf Oil Spill. 4. TestAmerica Supports BP Gulf Cleanup with Mobile Laboratories
PRESS RELEASE
Tuesday, September 07, 2010
For Immediate Release

BP has tapped into TestAmerica's environmental testing leadership in its cleanup of the Gulf. The result, aptly named "Lab City" by a BP official is an on-site mobile laboratory operation with 9 massive trailers housing TestAmerica scientists operating complex instrumentation, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Dennis Beckmann, BP's on-site coordinator, commented, "There are many aspects of this overall cleanup plan that are unprecedented. In the area of environmental analysis, we have worked with TestAmerica for many years and we knew we could count on them to deliver. We needed capacity for immediate results for complex analyses, which you can see we have here in 'Lab City' as it's called. And, we needed all of this virtually overnight as our response plan needs were immediate. TestAmerica delivered on all those fronts."

BP called on TestAmerica early in May and TestAmerica instantly responded with a comprehensive plan to support the cleanup sample testing demands at the Unified Command Center in Houma, Louisiana about 60 miles Southwest of New Orleans. The Command Center is a former BP training center that has routinely seen over 1,000 people on-site from BP and Government Agencies since the cleanup began.

The nine TestAmerica trailers support a variety of testing methods critical to the Cleanup plan. TestAmerica reached out to its 2,800 work force to staff its on-site mobile lab in "Lab City" which typically has a team of 18 scientists on-site. Additional TestAmerica staff manage a Sample Receiving Office for BP in a function that serves all of the entities involved in the cleanup, BP and Government, working in collaboration at the Command Center.

Dr. Keith Wheatstone, Chief Operating Officer of TestAmerica added, "Early on, we solicited our employees looking for qualified Scientists to uproot and bring themselves down to the heat and humidity of Houma and work long days and nights. I was proud of the response and interest from our staff nationwide. We've had well over 200 of our most experienced Scientists make themselves available for this historic effort. We are committed to supporting the BP cleanup."

6. Business is no longer registered in Nevada, but now in Wyoming for reasons detailed below.

Check out the advantages of incorporating in Wyoming:

* No State Income Taxes
* No information collected to be shared with IRS
* Privacy allowed
* Shareholders are not listed with the state
* Best Asset Protection Laws
* Nominee officers are legal
* Citizenship not required
* State tax not being considered
* Wyoming draws little attention
* No Nevada "Stigma"
* Lower Startup Costs

Wyoming state fees are 87% less than Nevada's. That includes the Nevada "hidden" officer filing fees of $125 that you learn about only after you start your company there, a fee Nevada will hit you within 30 days after you start your company! Oh, and the state business license fee of $200 per year, which was just doubled on July 1st, 2009! We bet they did not tell you about that "after-the-fact" fee either.

Wyoming has no business license fees or officer filing fees. This means we can deliver a quality company package for much less than you would pay in Nevada. And, your Wyoming state renewal fee is $50, in most cases, 84% less than what you will pay in Nevada. And, the nice thing about Wyoming is that is not the only reason to incorporate here.

* New 2010 study shows Wyoming to be the most business-friendly, lowest income tax state, of all 50 states...again, with an overall ranking of #2.

According to the new 2010 edition of the Tax Foundation's State Business Tax Climate Index, "Wyoming has the most business-friendly tax system of any state," for the fourth year in a row.

* Asset Protection

News Release: As if July 1, 2010 Wyoming has the best LLC asset protection law in the nation. Click here for the details.

A Wyoming corporation or LLC offers its officers and directors the highest degree of protection from lawsuits filed by disgruntled creditors or over zealous plaintiff attorneys. Doing business as a Wyoming Corporation can give you asset protection and business privacy. There is much information on this web site which outlines the benefits of using various types of structures. The first LLC statutes in the United States were instituted in Wyoming in 1977 and changed in 2010 to stay current with the times. Since Wyoming has had limited liability companies available longer than any other state and has the strongest laws protecting members and managers of an LLC, we feel it is the state of choice for establishing LLC's.

* Privacy

Wyoming allows Nominee Officers and Lifetime Proxies. Attorneys and Accountants are often asked to provide an anonymous "company cover" for their clients. To do this, you need to appoint nominee officers and/or directors for the company. We can arrange this for you. See this section for the advantages of Lifetime Proxies; Nevada does not have them.

Nevada now requires the Social Security number, date of birth, resident addresses, and telephone numbers of all shareholders, partners, officers, managers and members of all companies formed in Nevada on the state's business license. We bet they did not tell you that.

* Freedom

You can operate your Corporation and live anywhere in the world and you do not have to be a US citizen to incorporate in Wyoming. But, in order to give substance to your operation, you should know about our Office Service Contract and learn how use of this inexpensive option will give "presence" to your remote corporate operations. And, if you are not a US Citizen, we have a whole section for you to read here.

*
No State Taxes

There are no State taxes in Wyoming on corporations. If you choose to incorporate in Wyoming, your company may not pay State taxes at all. Stop for a minute and think what you paid last year in your States income tax. If you are comparing Nevada and Wyoming, keep in mind that the Nevada State Legislature is being lobbied hard to install a corporate income tax. Don't gamble that this will not happen. Wyoming never has and never will have a state income tax on corporations. It is one of the only states with a budget surplus!

* Easy to Move

Wyoming has made it easy to move your existing corporation to Wyoming. That's something you can not do in Nevada. That service is detailed here.
Special Easy-to-Use Wyoming Corporate Structures

Wyoming has Close Corporations. These are special companies authorized by the Wyoming Legislature for small business owners. Less paperwork is required to keep them going. Few states have them. You can read about them here.

Wyoming now has Close LLC's. Less paperwork. Easier to manage. Perfect for a closely held family company. You can see the details here.

Wyoming Corporate Services, Inc. has been in business in Cheyenne, Wyoming for many years. We specialize in helping you incorporate in "tax free" Wyoming and have strategies to help you lower your tax liability in your home state, increase your asset protection, and give you back your privacy. We think that you will find the information you need, on this site, to help you make the decision to start your company in Wyoming!
