There's only two reasons why companies pay for promos
1. For dilution
2. To raise the PPS, to get better loan terms which also = Dilution.
Make no mistake ALL penny stock companies dilute, some have the savy to let the PPS rise before they do - some don't.
If you don't like dilution, I suggest playing the big boards or Forex
