Several of them are not but most are including the garnishment case recently filed against Gregory D Evans by the Georgia Department of Revenue. First bad checks now garnishment. Does this man have money?

I wonder if they are garnishing him or the corporation. According to the court docs, the corporation was served but the docket says its against Evans. This has to be Evans because it says Gregory D Evans and it served a corporation in Gwinett county GA and we all know thats where the business is located...I smell bankruptcy IMO
