The new HDY CEO now holds a conference call/webcast every two months where shareholders can ask questions live or presubmit the questions via the website and he will answer them live, on the call. This has worked very, very well.

I feel that this is the type of openness and communication that should be available to ERHE shareholders. If the Board responds to our letter, this would be my suggestion for better shareholder communication. The interaction with managment needs to be interactive and not one-sided. Currently we have no way to ask our questions and no way to ask follow-up questions. Emailing Keeney and then having someone post it here is not acceptable.

I'm not sure that Ntephe can cope with this type of forum. But if he can't, he shouldn't be CEO.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
