For sure, Since Sept 1st we have traded around 1.25 Million shares and this guy at .25 or so is still around, considering they are buying back, I would say he is selling short.

What do you say we do a count of what we hold ? Not that it will be much, but it will give us an idea of how close this lock down is, the good news is someone is buying them up, and if lets say shorty is selling short while Heartland is buying them up, it would make for a beautiful bounce once news start to come out.
