From memory, I think this one is one they were talking about in early spring...seems to me I remember something about a "5 mill investment, with a 5 yr payback" To me, the PR implys that the deal fell apart, but not much money was commited to it yet. That's ok with me, I thought a 5 yr payback was to steap a price anyway.
