The funny thing is that several on this board as recently as two weeks ago want us to believe that funding is very close to happening.

who are these people kidding at this point?
are they trying to keep the PPS up(that's a funny idea?) because they still own shares they want to sell or
are they trying to intice othere to buy new shares?
I understand information was held back so that some could sell shares at a higher price, we know that is deceitful
what's the point now?
