Personally if I want to know the share structure of a company - I call the transfer agent.
With a Pink Current Information company I don't see the necessity to ask about their share structure as I assume it is up to date or the transfer agent is un-gagged, but that's just me. Sorry that you difficulties getting into the room to ask yourself and I do mean that sincerely.
