I did find that post you mentioned about the loan ----- based on the math, if this works out, it would take 100,000,000 shares out of the float. That's based on a .01 price. Hopefully we will be closer to .07 by then.

"I have a group of business men here who I have met with ( and advanced us enough cash to make our last payrolls and buy the fuel that put us back to work again) who will hypothicate any receivables I have for any company including Deep Blue Marine Inc. Now you quickly say "What receivables?" Artifacts are considered receivables.

They will lend me 50% of the appraised value of any artifacts we have. Based on Alejandro's appraisal and if that is considered too high they will take an industry average on such things as coins, etc. Well, we are all in this to see the price of the stock go up and build a good solid company.

So here is how I plan to do it. Lets pretend that by the end of December we had $5,000,000 in appraised artifacts. I have arranged for a 2.5 million dollar loan and they will go as high $10,000,000.

With the proceeds from whatever the loan is we would put away enough to run the company safely for one year. About $1,400,000, the rest will go directly into a stock purchase plan, much like we did with the gold buying. By the way that little effort paid the bills for a few months and also bought 3,400,000 shares out of the market and put them right into the employee plan. With that kind of buying the price should maybe quite possibly go up a little. So lets say it went to .10. Well next year we could do the same thing, then sell off a few shares to repay the old loan and each and every year if no one else ever decided to buy shares except the employees, we would all win. Because the price of the stock eventually has to go up, why, because we have in effect created our own market as we buy back the shares from the people who got us here."

I try to keep up on as much info as I can. Some people will never call Wilf, go to the web site or listen to the radio show and call in because they are afraid somehow someone will find out who they are. They don't own any shares or else why would they only show up when the price rises and not when it sat at .002 for months. You'd think they'd want to recover some of their "losses" instead of "warning" new investors.
They know that however much was recovered in how many weeks went right to the Dominican Republic, no questions asked. I'm already seeing ads in the travel sections for Caribbean cruises that will take tourists right to Deep Blue's museums front door. I think this Christmas will be filled with shiny things.
