nope...I received a copy today from the NY post lawyers where Moskowitz has basically dropped all charges against them relative to his personal standing. i would have posted it tomorrow but unfortunately (and this is real) my daughters dog ripped it apart when I left the house to go pick her up. It was only recently signed by the NY Post Lawyers so I expect it to be posted to the site shortly.
