Polaris International Holdings, Inc. Announces Current Information Status on OTC Markets Disclosure Service after filing Second and Third Quarter Fiscal 2010 Consolidated Financial Statements

We wanted to take a moment to update our shareholders of some recent activities as it relates to our listings requirements with www.otcmarkets.com.

Polaris International Holdings, Inc.'s listing on the OTC Disclosure and News Service website at www.otcmarkets.com has been updated to a "Current Information" status. The filing of the Second and Third Quarter Fiscal 2010 Consolidated Financial Statements updated its "Current Information" status.

On top of the OTC disclosure news, we also are continuing to move forward on our targeted U.S. acquisition. We continue to pursue a closing date and will keep all shareholders posted on all acquisition related activities.
