Plaintiffs Calypso Wireless, Inc., Drago Daic, and Jimmy Williamson, P.C. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), , by and through their respective attorneys, respectfully submit.

Seems that they are in concert and with said concert come the idea that they will cooperate to some degree going forward. The company will not get back the shares and Daic will have some ownership of CLYW and the Patent going forward.

However, he will not have the power that he has wielded in the past.
