Much as i hate to say this, you can't only blame Big Apple

Lovatt entered in to these deals without anybody taking a gun to his head.

Plus he received CASH from Big apple as disclosed

Plus Lovatt defaulted on the purchase of the shell CLDR and Big Apple sorted that out for him.

Lovatt does not come out of this smelling like roses
