Just received a notice in the mail, Steven Moskowitz has filed a Stipulation of Discontinuance with the courts that is claiming that he will discontinue his action against the NY Post, with prejudice, immediately upon resolution of bankruptcy.

So the frivolous nature of this lawsuit continues to surface and those involved INCLUDING the attorney's can face some serious consequences.

I will post notice tomorrow. I expect it will be up on the court site at some point as well as it was signed on Aug. 27, 2010.
