Hmmm.... Lets see now the first drop was the first market crash. What will the second one be? And, how will it effect HESG 11:11?

Since we are already at the bottom there is only one way to go. I believe this represents the the passing of PROP 19. Just look at the numbers:

November 11th is: 11-11-10

PROP 19: 1+9 = 10

11-11-10 !!:!!
