not exactly...anticipated addition...I agree that anticipated is past tense but the sentence reads "eFUEL EFN, Corp. Is Pleased to Announce the Anticipated Addition of Slavoljub Stefanovic to Its Board of Directors" so EFLN has anticipated his addition to the board...but he has NOT joined the board just yet.

If he HAD joined the board then they would have said that he JOINED the board not anticipated the addition of him to the board.

At least it is a REAL company with a website and the man has some history.
