What I have learned about investing in penny stocks since I started investing in MFLI is that a pr about the company plans does not mean it is going to actually happen. A CC about company plans does not mean that the things discussed are going to happen. When mfli has a spike, TAKE YOUR PROFITS AND RUN. Wait for the stock to drop in pps and invest your profits while retaining your initial investment. A highly publicized deal with the kardashians and mgm mirage does not mean anything is going to happen.
