Hoop,
POND is the acronym for Pond Securities and they are market makers like schwab(SCHB) and Knight (NITE)
I have watched POND on the bid side of level 2 for the past couple of weeks and again today. They appear to be buying shares. They may know something, they may be buying for someone or they could be clueless! lol I don't know.
