I don't know but I have never met a MM who honors a 1,000,000 share order at 2 cents, especially if the float is 16M, there has to be something else going on......they'll normally only give you 50,000 shares and then keep bumping the price up making you or everybody else chase it higher in price.....

anyways it looks interesting for sure......
