Thanks 2K10 for posting the link. $2.40 / Share would appear very fair considering that all parties are being satisfied here.
As I don't have a lot of time to go over in detail, is there any tangible change in risk to the Equity Position overall? If you have any input, please share. It is nice to see that the EC is working for us here. It would be nice to see this affect PPS in a positive way just like negative news has its affect.

The article just reiterates some old news as far as I am concerned.

This Cetus sell off is interesting, but as it is a small player, in the grand scheme of things should not of had such an effect.
I have a suspicion that the PPS was allowed to drop like a stone, so that the purchasor of this position could buy in at a reasonable price vs. risk. I wish I was given a heads up like this, can someone provide a link so I can up date my contact info, so I dont miss out in the future?
